Do you feel like you could do more with your life, but you lack the discipline to take action every day?
Do you find yourself going through phases where you're motivated, and other times when you lose your drive?
Do you feel your potential is much higher than your results would indicate?
If you feel that way, you’re not alone. Most people in our generation know they are capable of a lot more than they're currently doing. But what keeps us back? What’s the problem? ...If we’re honest with ourselves, we all know the answer. We’re not putting in the work. We’re not disciplined.
There’s a huge gap between what we know we should do, and what we actually do. That gap is the source of our frustration. We know how to do better but we’re not doing it and it’s making us feel miserable.
The Unstoppable Discipline Program has a clear purpose - to help you TAKE DAILY ACTION TOWARDS YOUR GOALS and FEEL PROUD OF YOURSELF instead of disappointed.
How does it work?
The Unstoppable Discipline Program helps you become more disciplined in three ways:
Each of the 12 videos will help you understand what triggers your habitual behavior and what you can do to change it. Some of the insights should click in your mind and trigger a behavior change.
Each video comes with an editable PDF document that shows you how to make a list of goals, write down a description of the person you'd like to become, analyze your daily habits, discover the source of your motivation, and more. Taking the time to analyze the trajectory of your life and putting it in writing is extremely powerful. Most people NEVER do that but very successful people do it all the time. We're not exaggerating when we say you should find some of these exercises life-changing.
Every video from the Unstoppable Discipline Program is designed to be motivating, because motivation is usually what starts a new discipline. Habit is what keeps it going. When you're in a rut, you can re-watch the videos and that can help put you back on the right track.
The first three lessons are available for free. Click "Preview" to watch the videos.
Radu discovered personal growth in his last year of high school when he joined a network marketing company along with Andrei. There they met two very successful managers that later became their mentors.
Radu spent a year working closely with them, time in which he adopted their life philosophy and way of thinking. However, he failed to reach his aspirations in that company. He reluctantly quit the company and spent the next 6 months feeling guilty.
Needing another big goal to give his life meaning, he followed in the footsteps of Greg O'Gallagher of Kinobody.com. He started ThinkEatLift in February 2014. He slowly built his fitness knowledge and editing skills and eventually became a successful YouTuber. In the last few years he has taken a different path and started creating long form content that strives to answer tough questions related to how we should live. Right now he is working on an interdisciplinary book that examines the vegan diet and a docu-series on sustainable energy and climate change.
Discipline always felt natural for him (in contrast to Andrei). In The Unstoppable Discipline Program he shares the lessons he learned building ThinkEatLift. Taking action is always what improves your results.
Andrei grew up lazy and unorganized. All throughout school and college, he found it difficult to do simple things like waking up on time, going to the gym, or studying for exams. He spent almost his entire childhood and adolescence playing computer games.
At the age of 20 he joined a sales company along with Radu where he met two very successful managers that later became his mentors. That was the turning point of his life. He spent one year working for them, time in which he adopted their life philosophy. He spent the next four years studying himself and reading personal development books, and created a system for developing self-discipline. He is now a productivity coach and writes about how he gained control of his lazy nature and how you can develop productive habits.
Some important things Radu wants to point out:
My regret related to Unstoppable Discipline is that some of the information we presented in the videos is not science-based and we've only realized this two years after finishing the course. I was stupid enough to think personal development gurus (like Bob Proctor whom we mention several times in the course) are a reliable source of information. Science does not support the conscious/subconscious model of the mind we present in the videos and the process of habit formation is much more complicated than we make it seem. We never mentioned genetics and the influence of the environment which have a huge impact on our behavior. Whenever we mention Bob Proctor and the conscious/subconscious model of the mind, take that information with a grain of salt. Although it's a very practical way to approach habit change, you should know it's not the whole picture. Those mistakes bring down the Unstoppable Discipline Program from a rating of 10 to maybe a 7. That's unfortunate but I promise it's still very good.
The ideas, procedures, and suggestions we've provided in the Unstoppable Discipline program are primarily based on our experience. Andrei and I have no formal education in psychology or neuroscience. Over the years of working towards our own goals, we've read many authors, each with their own original ideas. We took what we thought was valuable from each of them and discarded the rest. Combining that with our own experiences we created our own original approach for developing self-discipline. Andrei had a very big contribution in this regard because he has been working with clients as a productivity coach and was able to observe what methods work well for most people and what methods don't work that well.
