Radu discovered personal growth in his last year of high school when he joined a network marketing company along with Andrei. There they met two very successful managers that later became their mentors.
Radu spent a year working closely with them, time in which he adopted their life philosophy and way of thinking. However, he failed to reach his aspirations in that company. He reluctantly quit the company and spent the next 6 months feeling guilty.
Needing another big goal to give his life meaning, he followed in the footsteps of Greg O'Gallagher of Kinobody.com. He started ThinkEatLift in February 2014. He slowly built his fitness knowledge and editing skills and eventually became a successful YouTuber. At the age of 22, he managed to build an income higher than $100.000 per year.

Andrei grew up lazy and unorganized. All throughout school and college, he found it difficult to do simple things like waking up on time, going to the gym, or studying for exams. He spent almost his entire time playing computer games.

The ideas, procedures, and suggestions provided in the Unstoppable Discipline program are primarily based on our experience. We openly admit we have no formal education in psychology or neuroscience. Over the years of working towards our own goals, we've read many authors, each with their own original ideas. We took what we thought was valuable from each of them and discarded the rest. Combining that with our own experiences we created our own original approach for developing self-discipline.
For these reasons, the Unstoppable Discipline Program is not entirely science-based. A few of the ideas and procedures presented don't have scientific backing. However, we chose to share them with you because they work.
For example, science may soon prove that there is no such thing as a "mind" or "free will" but rather all our conscious and subconscious experiences can be explained by the electro-chemical impulses in our brains. Likewise, science has no idea what consciousness is or where it comes from. But assuming we have a mind and splitting it into conscious and subconscious helps us explain how habits are formed and how to change them. Even if it turns out it's not a scientifically accurate model, it's still very useful. Saying that a conscious action becomes subconscious through repetition is a practical way to approach habit change. We believe what's most important is to have a model to visualize what you need to do to develop self-discipline.
