If you feel that way, you’re not alone. Most people in our generation know they are capable of a lot more than they're currently doing. But what keeps us back? What’s the problem? ...If we’re honest with ourselves, we all know the answer. We’re not putting in the work. We’re not disciplined.
There’s a huge gap between what we know we should do, and what we actually do. That gap is the source of our frustration. We know how to do better but we’re not doing it and it’s making us feel miserable.
The Unstoppable Discipline Program helps you become more disciplined in three ways:
The ideas you’ll hear in the videos will help you understand that most of your actions are subconscious and the result of your habitual way of thinking. The way you see yourself in your mind is always equal to your results. If you want to change your results, you have to change the way you see yourself.
Each video from the Unstoppable Discipline Program comes with one or more practical exercises designed to strengthen your mental faculties. For example, by developing your willpower you will be able to resist distractions and temptations.
Einstein said, When a man is sufficiently motivated, discipline takes care of itself. Every video from the Unstoppable Discipline Program is designed to be motivating, because motivation is always what starts a new discipline. Habit is what keeps it going.
Radu discovered personal growth in his last year of high school when he joined a network marketing company along with Andrei. There they met two very successful managers that later became their mentors.
Radu spent a year working closely with them, time in which he adopted their life philosophy and way of thinking. However, he failed to reach his aspirations in that company. He reluctantly quit the company and spent the next 6 months feeling guilty.
Needing another big goal to give his life meaning, he followed in the footsteps of Greg O'Gallagher of Kinobody.com. He started ThinkEatLift in February 2014. He slowly built his fitness knowledge and editing skills and eventually became a successful YouTuber. At the age of 22, he managed to build an income higher than $100.000 per year.
Discipline always felt natural for him (in contrast to Andrei). In The Unstoppable Discipline Program he shares the lessons he learned building ThinkEatLift. Taking action is always what improves your results.
Andrei grew up lazy and unorganized. All throughout school and college, he found it difficult to do simple things like waking up on time, going to the gym, or studying for exams. He spent almost his entire time playing computer games.
At the age of 20 he joined a sales company along with Radu where he met two millionaire managers that later became his mentors. That was the turning point of his life. He spent one year working under them, time in which he adopted their life philosophy. He spent the next four years studying himself and personal development books, and created a system for developing self-discipline. He now writes and speaks about how he took control over his lazy nature and how you can develop productive habits.
Now, it's important to point out a couple of things:
The ideas, procedures, and suggestions provided in the Unstoppable Discipline program are primarily based on our experience. We openly admit we have no formal education in psychology or neuroscience. Over the years of working towards our own goals, we've read many authors, each with their own original ideas. We took what we thought was valuable from each of them and discarded the rest. Combining that with our own experiences we created our own original approach for developing self-discipline.
For these reasons, the Unstoppable Discipline Program is not entirely science-based. A few of the ideas and procedures presented don't have scientific backing. However, we chose to share them with you because they work.
For example, science may soon prove that there is no such thing as a "mind" or "free will" but rather all our conscious and subconscious experiences can be explained by the electro-chemical impulses in our brains. Likewise, science has no idea what consciousness is or where it comes from. But assuming we have a mind and splitting it into conscious and subconscious helps us explain how habits are formed and how to change them. Even if it turns out it's not a scientifically accurate model, it's still very useful. Saying that a conscious action becomes subconscious through repetition is a practical way to approach habit change. We believe what's most important is to have a model to visualize what you need to do to develop self-discipline.
Imagine if all you got for the price of the Unstoppable Discipline Program was the POWER to stick to your diet and training program. Would it be worth it?
Imagine if all you got was the habit of saving just 5% of your income every month so you'd end up with more money in your bank account. Would the program be worth its price?
Imagine if all you got was a better relationship because you can control yourself when you get triggered. Would it be worth it?
Thank you for reading until the end! Maybe it's just a coincidence that you're here or maybe the Unstoppable Discipline Program is exactly what you need right now.
